Reduced On-Site Staff for SCS Help Desk

Effective immediately, the number of staff on-site at the help desk has been reduced. In order to maintain social distancing, in-person support at the help desk will be by appointment only. You can schedule appointment via email to help@cs.cmu.edu or by calling 412-268-4231. Help Desk staff will continue to provide remote support and take calls during normal hours from off-campus. We have updated our Help Desk's tools to enhance their ability to help people as they work remotely.
